STRATI B.V. runs strati.food. The waitlist form is the only thing here that collects anything about you.
What we collect
Your name and email address, both only if you use the waitlist form to send them to us. We only use your name to personalize the emails we send you. This site runs no analytics and sets no cookies. The one exception is the emails themselves: once you're subscribed, we can see whether you open one and click its links, along with the IP address and device behind that — enough to know our emails are reaching people, nothing more. The one thing the site keeps in your browser is a flag remembering that the opening animation has already played; it never leaves your device and it goes when you close the tab.
Is it optional
Giving us your email is entirely optional. If you don't, we simply can't tell you when we open.
What we use it for
To email you when STRATI opens in Amsterdam, and now and then afterwards with news from STRATI. We don't sell it, we don't share it for anyone else's use, and we don't send anything beyond that.
On what basis
Your consent, given when you send the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it whenever you like; withdrawing doesn't undo anything that was lawful before you did.
Who else handles it
Brevo keeps the waitlist for us, and Cloudflare hosts this site and serves every page you load. Both act on our instructions and for no other purpose.
When it leaves the EU
Brevo keeps the list on servers in the EU, but its group companies in the United States and India can reach it to run and support the service. Cloudflare is a US company. Both transfers rest on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and Cloudflare is additionally certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Ask us and we'll send you a copy of the clauses.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If STRATI doesn't open, we delete the list instead.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, have our use of it paused, or get it as a file you can take elsewhere. You can object to us using it to write to you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to the address below and we'll do it.
No automated decisions
Nothing about you is decided by a machine. We don't score or rank anyone, and no automated decision is ever made about you.
If we get it wrong
You can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl
